Product Launch




Background:
Honda was to launch its flagship model – the all new 2013 Honda Accord at the DIFC Ritz Cartlon in Dubai.

What:
TPRC was contracted to invite media to attend the Press Launch in Dubai & select 8 motoring media from across the region to test drive the new cars from Dubai to Qasr Al Sarab in Liwa, stay the night, and back.

This included creating and distributing media invites, follow-ups, confirmations, venue set-up, on-site event management, media registrations, translation of material to Arabic, distribution, arranging interviews, and monitoring for the Press Conference. A route was navigated and finalized for the test drive with fuel stops, snacks etc. spots to swap drivers etc. all in place.

Result:
Approximately 70 media attended the press conference with a number of reviews and test drives scheduled for after the event. The test drive reviews were successful with the trip to Liwa being a enjoyable one.
